Morning

Morning guys and girls. I have bihun goreng for breakfast today. As usual man. I've been trying to avoid eating rice now. And know what? Im getting slimmer....rofl.

Back few days ago, my girl sent me an email regarding rice consumption in our(my society) daily diet. From that article, what eh..OMG am too lazy to open up the email, but basically what it said was, try to reduce rice consumption in daily meal. It will help you to lower down you body weight man. I have tried and it WORKED. This what I did, in a week, I only took 2 meal consist of rice and my body weight steadily going down. Lol..

Mehh, in the office now, back to work...

yea..ingat lagi kalo dia makan nasik mesti satu pinggan penuh plus another setengah pinggan lagi.. :D
